PCW #13 - Before and After
Redrew PCW #13 - here's the before (2001) and after (2007). Trivia Bit: The reason for the 2001 date on PCW #13 is because way back in 1998, when I was numbering the comic, I accidentally forgot #13. I realized this only 3 years later, and populated the vacant toon number with the cartoon you see up above. Now you know.
